DELIVERY TIME

Our delivery time is usually 1-4 working days from the date of dispatch. Our aim is to dispatch your products no later than the day after your order. Please note that sometimes it may take 1-2 working days longer due to high workload on the part of the delivering company or exceptionally high utilization of our warehouse.

If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery time, please first check if all details you provided to us were correct. If all details were correct, please contact our customer service within 30 working days (info@deinspar.com) and we will be happy to assist you.

 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

The shipping costs are £4.95.

 

CAN I ORDER MY ORDER EXPRESS?

All orders received on a working day (Monday to Friday) before 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day and will be delivered within 1-3 days. All orders received after 1:00 p.m. will be packed the following working day and collected from our warehouse.
 


HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

Your order will be packed and shipped as soon as possible. Once it is collected by DHL, we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email with the tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to be activated. If you do not receive a tracking link, please contact us.

 
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PICK UP MY PACKAGE?

For deliveries returned to us because the customer did not pick up the goods from the post office, we will charge a fee of 15 € to cover our costs for packaging material and shipping.


ORDER DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If your package and the products have been damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged package and the damaged goods. You can do this via the contact form. Once we receive the images of the damaged package and products, we will process your request.
