Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time

Our delivery time is usually 1–4 business days from the shipping date. Our goal is to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please note that in some cases delivery may take slightly longer due to high demand or delays with the shipping carrier.

If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please first check that all your details are correct. If everything is correct, feel free to contact us within 30 business days at info@deinspar.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are £4.95. We offer free shipping on orders over £59.

Express Delivery

We currently do not offer express delivery. However, all orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Your order will be packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the incurred shipping and handling costs.

Damaged Orders

If your parcel or product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging and the damaged items. You can reach us via the contact form or by email at claims@deinspar.com. Once we receive the images, we will process your request as quickly as possible.
