DELIVERY TIME

Our delivery time is usually 1-4 business days from the shipping date. Our goal is to ship your products by the day after your order. Please note that it may sometimes take 1-2 business days longer due to a high workload on the part of the shipping company or an unusually high volume at our warehouse.

If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery time, please first check if all the details you provided are correct. If all details are correct, please contact our customer service within 30 business days (info@deinspar.com), and we will be happy to assist you further.

 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

The shipping costs are £4.95.

 

CAN I ORDER MY ORDER WITH EXPRESS DELIVERY?

All orders placed on a business day (Monday to Friday) before 1:00 PM will be shipped on the same day and arrive within 1-3 days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be packed the following business day and picked up from our warehouse.
 


HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

Your order will be packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once it is picked up by DHL, we will activate your tracking number, and you will receive an additional email with the tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active. If you do not receive a tracking link, please contact us.

 
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT PICK UP MY PACKAGE?

For deliveries that are returned to us because the customer did not pick up the items from the post office, we charge a fee of £17.50 to cover our packing and shipping costs.


ORDER DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL

If your package and products were damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged package and the damaged items. You can do this via the contact form. Once we receive the photos of the damaged package and products, we will process your request.
