How long is the delivery time?
Delivery usually takes 1–4 business days from the shipping date. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout. In the UK, delivery costs £4.95. We offer free shipping on orders over £59.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.
Why does my order arrive in multiple parcels?
In some cases, posters and frames are shipped separately to ensure optimal protection during transit. Therefore, your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet entered production or been dispatched, we will do our best to assist with changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Are the posters made to order?
Yes. Many of our products are produced after your order is placed. This allows for a more conscious production process and avoids unnecessary overstock.
What quality are the posters?
Our posters are printed on high-quality paper with sharp detail and a refined finish. We focus on both visual appeal and premium quality.
Are frames included?
This depends on your selection. If you choose a frame, it will be included. If you select only the poster, no frame is included.
Is VAT included in the price?
All prices shown on our website are final prices. No VAT is charged, as our company is based in the United Kingdom and is not VAT registered. Payment and shipping costs are shown separately.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have the legal right to return your order within 30 days after receiving your goods. Please see our return policy for more details.
Where should I send my return?
Returns are always sent to our warehouse or return address in Austria. You can easily register your return via our return portal.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your parcel or product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging and damaged items so we can resolve the issue quickly.
