TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

1. Background

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you, as a consumer, place an order via www.deinspar.com or related pages. The agreement is entered into between you and Deinspar Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company Number 14900703.

Orders through our website may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over. We reserve the right to refuse or adjust orders if incorrect information has been provided, if outstanding debts exist, or if misuse of our website is suspected.

Deinspar accepts no liability for sold-out products, printing errors, incorrect price information, technical errors or incorrect availability information. We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time, amend information, or adjust or refuse orders in individual cases.

All product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours, brightness, proportions and displays may vary slightly from the actual product depending on the screen, device, material or production method.

2. Contract and Orders

By completing your order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and have read our information regarding data protection and cookies.

A purchase contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. As long as an order has not yet been confirmed, produced, packed or dispatched, it may be cancelled. Any payments already made will be refunded using the original payment method.

For personalised products, processing usually begins shortly after the order has been received. Once a personalised product has entered production, the order can no longer be cancelled.

3. Customer Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your order is correct and complete. This includes, in particular, your name, delivery address, billing address, email address and telephone number. Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

If you use a customer account, you must ensure that your login details are kept confidential. You are responsible for preventing unauthorised access.

In the event of suspected misuse, incorrect information or a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to restrict or block access to your customer account.

4. Prices, Fees and Payments

All prices shown on our website apply exclusively to orders placed directly through the website. Prices are stated in euros (EUR) and are final prices – no VAT is charged, as our company is based in the United Kingdom and is not VAT registered. Payment fees and delivery costs are not included in the product prices and are shown separately at checkout.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently stop offering individual payment methods if this is necessary for technical, organisational or security-related reasons.

We are entitled to accept payment as soon as the order is received.

5. Special Offers

From time to time, special offers, discount campaigns or time-limited promotions may appear on our website. These apply only for the stated period and only to the products concerned.

Once an offer has expired, the regular conditions of these Terms apply again. There is no subsequent entitlement to a discount if a product was purchased before or after a time-limited promotion.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Products in stock are usually dispatched within the delivery time stated on the website. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place no later than within 30 working days after receipt of the order confirmation.

The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout, in the order confirmation and, where applicable, on the product page. If your delivery is significantly delayed, we will inform you where we have the relevant information.

If delivery is delayed by more than 30 working days and the delay was not caused by you, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.

If a parcel is delivered to a parcel shop, collection point or another delivery location, you are responsible for collecting the parcel within the period specified by the shipping provider.

If a parcel is not collected within the stated period and is therefore returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling and return shipping fee of £20. This fee covers handling costs, return shipping costs and additional shipping-related work.

For uncollected personalised products, especially personalised posters, individually made products or items produced specifically for you, we reserve the right to additionally withhold production, packaging and shipping costs. In such cases, the refund may be reduced accordingly, as these products were made individually for you and cannot be resold as regular stock.

If a return occurs due to incorrect, incomplete or unreachable contact details, we also reserve the right to withhold any costs incurred or to offer a new delivery only against payment of additional shipping costs.

If there is a problem with the delivery, for example non-receipt of the goods or a damaged delivery, please contact us as soon as possible after the confirmed delivery date.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the statutory right to withdraw from your order within 30 days after receiving the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision within this period.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a person named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been made individually according to your specifications or are clearly tailored to your personal needs.

This includes, in particular, personalised posters, individually created designs, products with personalised text, names, dates, places or coordinates, City Map Posters made specifically for you, and other products produced according to customer specifications.

As these products are made specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled, returned or withdrawn from once production has started, unless there is a production defect or a justified reason for complaint.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for a non-personalised product, you must start the return via our returns portal.

Returns are always sent to our warehouse or return address in Austria. You will receive the exact return address as part of the return registration through our returns portal.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods unless there is a justified complaint or warranty case.

Please ensure that the goods are in proper, unused condition and, where possible, returned in their original packaging. You are responsible for the goods until they have been received by us.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided suitable proof that you have returned the goods. The proof should include the recipient, dispatch date and tracking number.

After receipt of the returned goods or corresponding proof, the refund will be made within 30 days using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

We will refund the purchase price including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, where legally required. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

Returns outside the withdrawal period, without return registration or without a justified claim may be refused by us.

8. Condition of Goods When Returned

The goods must be returned in the condition in which you received them.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please avoid damage, dirt or creases. Where possible, return the goods in their original packaging and with suitable protective packaging to avoid transport damage.

9. Products

Our posters are carefully produced and, depending on the product type, printed on high-quality paper or corresponding material.

Frames, mounts or other accessories are only included if they are expressly selected or described in the product offer.

Product sizes, colours, materials and finishes are described on the respective product page. Slight variations in colour, brightness, trimming or display may occur due to production or different screens and do not constitute a defect as long as they remain within the usual range.

10. Guarantee and Complaints

Guarantees may apply to individual products. Unless otherwise stated, guarantees relate exclusively to production defects and not to damage caused by improper use, incorrect storage, improper assembly or changes made to the product.

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately after discovering the defect.

If possible, please send us photos of the damage, the packaging and the shipping label so that we can review the case quickly.

In the case of justified complaints, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the purchase price, provide a replacement or offer another appropriate solution in accordance with statutory provisions.

We reserve the right to reject complaints if no defect exists or if the damage was caused by improper handling, incorrect use or external influences after delivery.

11. Links to External Websites

Our website may contain links to external websites over which we have no control. We accept no responsibility for the content, data protection, security or availability of these external sites.

12. Liability

Deinspar is not liable for delays or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.

This includes, in particular, strikes, natural events, official measures, war, technical disruptions, supply shortages, disruptions with shipping providers, outages at payment providers, power failures or comparable force majeure events.

Consumers’ statutory rights remain unaffected.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of your order shall apply.

14. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

15. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of disagreements, we will first try to find an amicable solution through our customer service.

Information about consumer rights and options for out-of-court dispute resolution in the EU can be found on the European Commission’s information pages: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu

The applicable law shall apply, taking into account mandatory consumer protection provisions. Mandatory consumer rights in the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
