Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
1. Background
These Terms and Conditions apply when you, as a consumer, place an order with us through www.deinspar.com or any related pages. The contract is entered into between you and Deinspar Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 14900703.
Orders through our website may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over. We reserve the right to reject or amend orders where incorrect information has been provided, outstanding amounts are due, or misuse of our website is suspected.
Deinspar accepts no liability for products being out of stock, typographical errors, incorrect prices, technical faults or inaccurate availability information. We reserve the right to correct such errors, amend information, or adjust or reject individual orders at any time.
All product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours, brightness, proportions and appearance may vary slightly from the actual product depending on the screen, device, material or production method.
2. Contract and orders
By completing your order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you have read our privacy and cookie information.
A purchase contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. As long as an order has not yet been confirmed, put into production, packed or dispatched, it may be cancelled. Any payments already made will be refunded using the original payment method.
Processing of personalised products usually begins shortly after the order is received. Once a personalised product has entered production, the order can no longer be cancelled.
3. Customer information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided with your order is accurate and complete. This includes, in particular, your name, delivery address, billing address, email address and telephone number. Information about how we process personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
If you use a customer account, you must keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for preventing unauthorised access.
If we suspect misuse, false information or a breach of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to restrict or block access to your customer account.
4. Prices, fees and payment
All prices shown on our website apply exclusively to orders placed directly through the website. Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown for the relevant market. The total price applicable to your order, including all applicable taxes, other price components and any delivery charges, will be shown no later than at checkout.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently withdraw individual payment methods where this is necessary for technical, organisational or security reasons.
We are entitled to take payment when the order is received.
5. Special offers
From time to time, special offers, discount promotions or limited-time campaigns may appear on our website. These apply only for the stated period and only to the relevant products.
Once an offer has ended, the standard provisions of these Terms and Conditions will apply again. No retrospective discount may be claimed where a product was purchased before or after a limited-time promotion.
6. Delivery and shipping
Products in stock are usually dispatched within the delivery time shown on the website. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place no later than 30 days after receipt of the order confirmation.
The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout, in the order confirmation and, where applicable, on the product page. If your delivery is significantly delayed, we will inform you where relevant information is available to us.
If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days and the delay was not caused by you, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.
If a parcel is delivered to a parcel shop, collection point or another delivery location, you are responsible for collecting it within the period specified by the carrier.
If a parcel is not collected within the stated period and is therefore returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a processing and return fee of £20. This fee covers handling, return shipping and additional delivery-related costs.
For uncollected personalised products, including personalised posters, individually made products or items produced specifically for you, we reserve the right to also retain production, packaging and delivery costs. In such cases, the refund may be reduced accordingly because these products were made individually for you and cannot be resold in the usual way.
If a shipment is returned because the contact details provided were incorrect, incomplete or unreachable, we likewise reserve the right to retain any costs incurred or to offer redelivery only upon payment of additional shipping charges.
If there is a problem with delivery, such as non-receipt or damage in transit, please contact us as soon as possible after the confirmed delivery date.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a person nominated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement within this period. You may submit your withdrawal through our withdrawal portal or by email to info@deinspar.com.
If your order has not yet been dispatched and can still be stopped, we will cancel it and refund the amount already paid using the original payment method.
If your order has already been dispatched, your right of withdrawal still applies. After receiving the goods, you must return them without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the end of this 14-day period.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless there is a valid claim. All goods must be returned to our returns centre in Austria. Please do not send the goods to our registered company address in the United Kingdom. You will receive the full return address and further instructions without undue delay together with the confirmation of your withdrawal.
We will refund the purchase price together with the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made individually according to your specifications or clearly personalised to your requirements. This includes, in particular, personalised posters, custom designs, products featuring personalised text, names, dates, places or coordinates, and City Map posters made specifically for you.
Damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered items are not treated as a standard withdrawal. Please report such cases as a claim so that we can review the matter and, where appropriate, cover the return shipping costs.
8. Voluntary return policy and condition of the goods
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy for non-personalised products, starting from the day the goods are received.
To meet the voluntary return deadline, the goods must be sent no later than the 30th day after receipt. The return must be registered through our returns portal.
You are responsible for the direct cost of a voluntary return unless there is a valid claim.
All voluntary returns must be sent to our returns centre in Austria. Please do not send the goods to our registered company address in the United Kingdom. After registering the return through our returns portal, you will receive the full return address and all further return instructions.
The goods must be returned complete, undamaged and in a condition that allows them to be resold. Please pack them carefully and, where possible, use the original packaging or similarly suitable protective packaging.
Under the statutory right of withdrawal, you are only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Please keep the proof of postage and tracking number. You are responsible for the goods until they are received at our returns centre.
The voluntary return policy does not apply to personalised products or products made to customer specifications. Your statutory rights, including those relating to faulty or incorrectly delivered goods, remain unaffected.
9. Products
Our posters are produced with care and, depending on the product type, printed on high-quality paper or a corresponding material.
Frames, mounts or other accessories are included only where they have been expressly selected or described in the product listing.
Product sizes, colours, materials and finishes are described on the relevant product page. Minor variations in colour, brightness, cropping or appearance may arise from production or differences between screens and do not constitute a defect where they remain within normal tolerances.
10. Guarantees and claims
Guarantees may apply to certain products. Unless otherwise stated, guarantees cover production defects only and do not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect storage, improper installation or alterations to the product.
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us without undue delay after discovering the issue.
Where possible, please send us photographs of the damage, packaging and shipping label so that we can review the case quickly.
For valid claims, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the purchase price, provide a replacement or offer another appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
We reserve the right to reject claims where no defect exists or where the damage was caused by improper handling, incorrect use or external factors after delivery.
11. Links to external websites
Our website may contain links to external websites over whose content we have no control. We accept no responsibility for the content, privacy, security or availability of such websites.
12. Liability
Deinspar is not liable for delays or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.
These include, in particular, strikes, natural events, government measures, war, technical disruptions, supply shortages, disruption affecting carriers, failures of payment providers, power outages or comparable events of force majeure.
Consumers’ statutory rights remain unaffected.
13. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of your order will apply.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes wholly or partly invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
In the event of a disagreement, we will first seek an amicable solution through our customer service team.
Information about consumer rights and options for out-of-court dispute resolution in the EU is available on the European Commission’s information pages: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu
The applicable law will apply subject to mandatory consumer protection rules. Mandatory consumer rights in the country where you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
