I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION

We send the order confirmation to the email address provided during the ordering process. If you haven't received an order confirmation, it's important that you first check the spam folder in your email inbox. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the order confirmation to be sent.

If you still haven't received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service. The customer service can then check if your order has been received in the system. If it has, we can resend your order confirmation. It's possible that the system did not register your order. In this case, it's important to contact customer service before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PROVIDE INCORRECT INFORMATION (ADDRESS, NAME, ETC.)?

If you have provided incorrect or incomplete information, such as a wrong address, wrong email address, etc., please contact us immediately. Please note that we cannot guarantee timely changes, as our warehouse processes orders very quickly for shipment. Therefore, it's even more important to contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If a successful change is made, it may affect the shipping time. Any additional costs, such as in the case of a return due to incorrect address information, will be borne by the customer. This also applies if the change could not be communicated in time.

 

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed with us, it is sent to our warehouse for processing. Therefore, we unfortunately do not have the ability to make changes to your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we can offer to cancel the entire order so that you can place a corrected order. To do this, please contact customer service via info@deinspar.com

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Contact us as soon as possible by using the contact form. If we have not yet processed your order, we can still cancel it. If the order has already been processed, you must accept it and return it to us as a return.

 

COMPLAINT

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE AND PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED?

Contact us as soon as possible if products from your order are defective or faulty upon arrival. Document the affected goods and packaging with photos and send them to us. Once we have received and reviewed the photos, we will offer you the best possible solution for your complaint. Please do not simply return the products to us unless we have requested you to do so.

 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. WHAT CAN I DO?

Please compare your order confirmation with the items received to ensure that you have received everything correctly.

If something is amiss, please contact us via the contact form and, if possible, send us photos of the incorrect goods. Please also provide us with the name of the missing product.

Yes, for products purchased through deinspar.com, there is a 14-day return policy

 

HOW DO I PROCEED WITH A RETURN?

You can register your return using the link below. After you have entered all the information, you will receive an email with the return instructions and the required return documents.

Please roll the posters into the protective paper and secure it with tape. The frames must also be well protected for shipping. To do this, it is best to use the supplied protective material and package the items as you received them from us.

The return process can take up to 14 days after you have returned your package.

Once your return has been processed in our warehouse and the refund has been initiated, we will send you a confirmation email.
