Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy from the day you receive the goods. You can find more information about voluntary returns on our Returns & claims page.

Withdraw from your contract

You can submit your withdrawal easily through our online portal. Please have your order number and the email address used for the order ready.

1. Open our withdrawal portal.
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Submit your withdrawal using the form provided.
4. You will then receive a confirmation by email.

You may also send your withdrawal as another clear statement, for example by email to info@deinspar.com.

Order not yet dispatched

If your order has not yet been dispatched and can still be stopped, we will cancel it and refund the amount already paid using the original payment method.

Order already dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched, your right of withdrawal still applies. Please wait until the delivery arrives and then return the goods in accordance with our return instructions.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the return is due to a valid claim.

Returning goods after withdrawal

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days afterwards.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will receive the exact return address and all further instructions with your withdrawal confirmation.

Please pack the goods carefully and keep the proof of postage and tracking number.

Refund

We will refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the original payment method.

Voluntary returns within 30 days

Even after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, you may voluntarily return non-personalised items within 30 days of receiving them.

To meet the deadline, the return must be sent no later than the 30th day after receipt of the goods. You are responsible for the direct cost of the return.

Excluded products

The right of withdrawal and the voluntary return policy do not apply to products made individually according to your specifications or clearly personalised to your requirements.

This includes, in particular, personalised posters, custom designs and products featuring personal names, dates, places, text or coordinates.

Damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered items are not treated as standard returns. Please report these cases through our “Returns & claims” page so that we can review your request quickly.
