We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from DEINSPAR. If something is not as expected, you will find all relevant information about returns and complaints here.

Returns

You can easily start your return via our online portal. Please have your order number and email address ready.

  1. Register your return in the portal.
  2. Pack the item securely and include your order number if possible.
  3. Drop off the parcel and keep the tracking number.
  4. Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed automatically.

Complaints

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at claims@deinspar.com.

Please include the following in your email subject: Complaint – Order Number [your order number]

  1. your order number
  2. a short description of the issue
  3. photos of the item and packaging

Processing

Once your case has been reviewed, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement free of charge.

Please always register returns via the online portal. Complaints are processed fastest when all relevant information is included in your email.
