Returns & Claims

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at DEINSPAR. If something is not as expected, you will find all information here on how to initiate a return or make a claim for damaged or faulty items. Learn more

Start a Return

Please have your order number and email address ready.

Start return

  1. Register your return in the portal.
  2. Pack the item securely (including packing slip/order number).
  3. Drop off the parcel and keep the tracking number.
  4. Your refund will be issued automatically once the return has been received and checked at our warehouse.

Claim (damaged / faulty / wrong item)

Please contact us by email at claims@deinspar.com and ideally use the following subject line: Claim – Order Number [your order number]

  1. Order number
  2. Short description of the issue
  3. Photos of the item (damage/misprint) and packaging

Once verified, we will immediately issue a refund or send you a free replacement (poster or frame).

Note: Returns must always be initiated via the online portal. Claims can be processed fastest when the above information is included in your email.
